The softness and gentleness with which we allow relationships to flow around us figures into our levels of success in business and work activities these days. Are we kind and empathetic? Are we emotionally mature, honoring and respecting boundaries even while those boundaries may seem ever-changing? Do we draw the line and hold others to it when we need to?
Power struggles amongst those we work with are in full force today, and they are growing us up a little more in how we view and approach our work and our colleagues.
