Our actions and our words impact many others, and sometimes we know it. In some situations, just our very presence has an impact. We tend to hide from this reality and present a contrived humility. Performing simple or mundane tasks for self and others will put this tendency towards humility to good use.
Some groups go through a period of competitiveness based on critical examination and shrill commentary. Some lasting good can come out of this.
