The sign of Pisces rules the time - February 18, 2011 to March 20, 2011. Today, the Sun is at 6 degrees of Pisces. My wife's moon in her birth chart is also at 6 Pisces, and she's going out with girlfriends to a Korean sauna. Since this event doesn't happen frequently, it can be used as a signifier of the solar influence on her birth moon. Thus, when planets in the sky align or aspect her natal Moon, interesting events transpire for her that are close to her heart! And, since Pisces is a water sign, they often involve pleasure around water.
